Order collection

The order is collected on the next business day after it is placed on the website.

Collection time - if the order is placed before 17-00, it is collected and shipped on the same day. If the order is made after 17-00, it is sent the next day.

Delivery

1. The goods are delivered by the carrier Novaya Pochta and Ukrposhta to a warehouse in your city at the carrier's tariffs.

The courier calls the recipient 30-60 minutes before arrival at the address indicated on the express invoice. Delivery to the address is carried out before 21: 00 on weekdays and weekends according to a special schedule (on the carrier's website).

Receiving an order

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the delivery (address, recipient's full name, mobile phone number), and also guarantee that you will be at the specified address within the specified time period.

Get to know the courier if access to your apartment or office is limited, take the products at the checkpoint, at the entrance with an intercom/ key, etc.

Show the forwarder your passport or other identification document of the recipient you specified when making the delivery.
