Warranty

The product must be checked directly at the post office, if the order configuration is incorrect or the product simply did not like it "live", in this case, within 14 days of receiving the order, you can exchange or refund it according to the following rules.

In this case, the buyer pays the transportation costs. In case of a shortage of goods, we will refund you the money for the order and pay for the delivery. The return / exchange of the product is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.

In accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, there are two situations in which you can return the goods purchased from us:

  1. The product did not suit you.
  2. The product is defective due to the manufacturer's fault.
  3. The product has no flaws. It just didn't suit you in shape, color, dimensions, style, size. Replacement of goods with a similar one according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection " is possible only if the following conditions are met:
  • no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase;
  • the product was not in use, that is, it is new;
  • the presentation and consumer qualities of the product have been preserved;
  • seals, labels, and product receipt are preserved.

This rule does not apply to personal hygiene items, underwear, hosiery and the like. For more information, see the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (No. 172 dated 03/19/1994).

If, at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right either to buy any other goods available with an appropriate recalculation of the cost, or to receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned goods, or to exchange the goods for a similar one upon first receipt. the corresponding product is on sale.

When returning the money of the product, calculations with the buyer are made from the cost of the product at the moment of its purchase. The money is returned to the buyer on the day of presentation of the relevant claim, and if it is impossible to return the money on that day, at another time by agreement of the parties, but no later than 7 days later.

You will be refused to replace the product with a new one (refund) if:

more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, which does not have significant defects;

a product that has no significant drawbacks is not new, that is, it was in use;

when checking the quality of the product, signs of outside interference were revealed (opening, attempted repair) or other warranty conditions were violated (mechanical damage, etc.);

there is no document confirming the purchase of the product (receipt) or warranty card for the purchased product, or an item of the product package.

How to make an exchange / refund correctly :
